LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The Little Rock School District (LRSD) says the achievement gap between African-American and Non-Hispanic White students is narrowing.

District leaders say the passage of No Child Left Behind in 2001 brought narrowing the achievement gap into focus.

LRSD official Dennis Glasgow spoke to KARK about the progress the district has made in this area.
