GARLAND COUNTY, AR - An arrest warrant has been issued for the boyfriend of Dawna Natzke, a police dispatcher killed in 2011.

Law enforcement officials are looking for Kevin Duck, who is believed to be out of state.

Investigators located her car, which had been burned, in the woods four days later, just less than one week before finding her body.
