Walmart Offering iPad Trade-In Program

Program offers shoppers up to $300 for their current tablets.
BENTONVILLE, AR -- From old to new, a retail giant wants to help you get rid of that old iPad and get your hands on a new one.

Arkansas-based Walmart is trying to help consumers cut the cost of iPads with a trade-in program that offers shoppers up to $300 for their current tablets.

The credit can then be used toward purchasing the new iPad Air or Mini, which both sell for over $300.

Walmart will have both models in stores Friday.
