UA Accepting Proposals for Campus Conference Center, Hotel

So far, bids are ranging from $28-48 million.
FAYETTEVILLE, AR -- The University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville could get just a bit more crowded in the next couple years.

The university is now accepting proposals to build a new hotel and conference center on campus, which would house workshops and conferences sponsored by the Sam M. Walton College of Business and other university branches.

So far, bids are ranging from $28-48 million.

An advisory committee will pore over the proposals before selecting several to be recommended for consideration.
