Tailgating Crowds Support Their Team

Last Razorback game in Little Rock for the season.
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- It was an exciting finish at War Memorial Stadium as the game went into overtime.

But, the Razorbacks couldn't break a losing streak in the S.E.C falling to Mississippi State 24-17.

Even in the cold windy weather though, fans did not disappoint.

They wanted to support their Hogs and the host of the game...War Memorial Stadium.

Fans bundled up in coats and blankets.

They also used heat lamps to fight against the cold.

Kids and adults played games to keep their bodies warm.

But regardless of the weather, most fans we talked to said they felt it was their duty to pack the place in an effort to keep the Razorbacks returning to War Memorial Stadium.

A contract with the team ends in 2016 and folks want to make sure the tradition here continues.

Mary Kate Snow said, "I think we need to keep pushing for it, encouraging the fans to keep coming out to Little Rock and keep giving us at least two games here."

Fans say the stadium was about three quarters full and hundreds of tailgater tents popped up too making this a pretty good showing for the last Little Rock game of the season.
