LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Central Arkansas foster children will get holiday cheer a little early this year thanks to the efforts of volunteers from Expect the Unexpected Events and Philander Smith College. The public is invited to attend this inaugural event to support services for foster children and programs offered by the Division of Children and Family Services.
