Only in Arkansas: The Pork and Bourbon Tour

But with an area that has so much more to offer than just trails, Lewno, founder of Bobby's Bike Hike Little Rock, came up with the Pork and Bourbon Tour.
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- In the business of bikes, Jeremy Lewno had a goal in mind.

"Experience the city in a healthy way," Lewno said.

But with an area that has so much more to offer than just trails, Lewno, founder of Bobby's Bike Hike Little Rock, came up with the Pork and Bourbon Tour.

"What we think is the best way to sample central Arkansas is to sample the unique products that are here," he said.

It's a southern delicacy tour that samples unique spots around town.

There's barbecue, sides, desserts, and don't forget the craft beer and of course the bourbon.

The tour draws visitors like Nancy Miller from Chicago.

"That sounded like a fun thing to do," Miller said.

And with so much to offer, you didn't think we'd just talk about it, right?

Setting off on the first and longest leg on this tour, but we've got plenty to look forward to.

It's an 8-mile, three-hour tour they classify as easy riding.

And you get to see plenty of sights along the way like the Clinton Presidential Bridge, taking you across the Arkansas River through downtown North Little Rock.

"There's a lot of diversity here that you wouldn't see unless you were on something like this," Miller said.

Well, we've worked up a few hills. Depending on the day we might work up a bit of a sweat but fortunately, we've also worked up a bit of an appetite and it all brings us here to Lindsey's in North Little Rock.

The special today, ribs, and they give you just enough fall off the bone meat to make you want to come back.

"We've definitely hit some places that I wouldn't ever even known were here and come to," Miller said.

It's a perfect way to see some of the the area has to offer that are only in Arkansas.

"Kinda see it in a little different way on the bike," Miller said.
