LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The Arkansas Attorney General has rejected a ballot title requested by Arkansans for Compassionate Care for medical marijuana.

According to the Attorney General's office, the request was rejected due to "ambiguities in the text of the proposed measure."

This is the sixth time the measure has been rejected due to ambiguities in the text, according to the opinion filed by Attorney General Dustin McDaniel on Friday.
