Update: 2nd Murder Suspect Turns Himself In

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Little Rock police confirm a second man wanted in connection to a murder Friday night has turned himself in.

Tracy Trevor Bailey, Jr., 18, surrendered to police around 3 p.m. Monday.

Tracy Brown, the other suspect, turned himself in Sunday evening.

Police say one unidentified suspect remains.

Brown is being held without bond after being charged with capital murder and two counts of a terroristic act in a Friday night shooting at 7414 Mabelvale Pike.

That's where Thomas Gilbert, 31, was killed and Terrence Brison, 31, was wounded in the back and arm. His injuries were not believed to be life threatening.

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- One of two suspects is behind bars in a Little Rock murder case.

Police say Tracy Brown, 17, saw his photo on television and turned himself in shortly before 7 p.m. Sunday.

He is being held without bond after being charged with capital murder and two counts of a terroristic act in a Friday night shooting at 7414 Mabelvale Pike.

That's where Thomas Gilbert, 31, was killed and Terrence Brison, 31, was wounded in the back and arm. His injuries were not believed to be life threatening.

Investigators say Brison and Gilbert were sitting in a car when they were shot.

Police are still looking for suspect Tracy Trevor Bailey, Jr., 18, in the case. He also faces a capital murder charge. Bailey is described as being 5'5" tall and weighing about 370 pounds.

There are two last known addresses listed for him including 3608 Holt Street and 6505 Wakefield Drive in Little Rock.

Bailey is considered armed and dangerous. If you see him call 911 right away.
