BURLINGTON, CO - The man charged in the killing of a Hot Springs Village dispatcher will make an appearance in Garland County Circuit Court Monday.

Kevin Duck waived extradition and was brought back to Arkansas from Colorado.

Garland County authorities have 10 days to return Duck to Arkansas.

Duck surrendered himself to the Kit Carson County Sheriff's Department in Burlington, Colorado last month.

A first-degree murder warrant was filed against Duck in the murder of Dawna Natzke.

Natzke worked as a Hot Springs Village dispatcher when she disappeared after attending a party with Duck in December 2011.
