Habitat for Humanity Gets Family Home before Holidays

New home was built through a sponsorship with two Habitat for Humanity centers who take donations to support Habitat for Humanity in Pulaski County.
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Holidays are coming early for one Arkansas family who is moving into new home.

The Zarates' new home was built through a sponsorship with two Habitat for Humanity centers who take donations to support Habitat for Humanity in Pulaski County.

The homes then go to low-income families like the Zarates, who say the gesture is the beginning of a new life for them.

"It means the world to me, I have a house for my kids and I think I'm going to have a good future from now on," Juan Zarate says. "I don't have to worry about getting an apartment. I think we're going to be all right."

Juan works in Camp Robinson, and says he's already making the home his family's castle.
