Gloves Reportedly Stolen From Miracle League

The executive director discovered dozens of baseball gloves had gone missing on Thursday.
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The Miracle League of Arkansas says someone stole some equipment for kids right out of their storage room.

The executive director discovered dozens of baseball gloves had gone missing on Thursday.

Peggy McCall says the theft comes at a bad time because the league's fall schedule starts next weekend.

"It is real unusual because no one comes down here in the summer time because its too hot to play on our surface and that's why our seasons are in the spring and fall," McCall says.

McCall says the thieves took about 65 gloves.

If you would like to donate a glove, you can do so by going to Starbucks coffee locations in the Heights and the location at Mississippi and Cantrell.
