Family Mourning Murder Wants Answers

They're getting information second hand, and the family also fears for their safety.
STUTTGART, AR -- The family of a Stuttgart man found dead outside a nightclub early Sunday morning is seeking justice for his murder.

State police say 42-year-old Larry Wiley was shot and killed in the parking lot of Pit 33.

Wiley's family told KARK they're upset with the way police are handling the investigation saying authorities never contacted them about his death.

They're getting information second hand, and the family also fears for their safety.

"We are being threatened. We're getting death threats, before all this happened they burned our two cars, and I feel like no one is doing anything about it," said Pakita Humphrey, Wiley's sister.

State police says this is an active investigation and can't disclose every detail, otherwise it would jeopordize the case.

The Prosecuter's Victim Coordinator's Office keeps families updated on cases, but Wiley's family said they never heard from the office.
