World's Shortest St. Paddy's Day Parade a Hit in Hot Springs

Celebrities like Jim Belushi and Mountain Man from "Duck Dynasty" made the 11th annual event a huge hit in Hot Springs.
HOT SPRINGS -- Although they usually only come in one color, St. Patrick's Day celebrations come in many different sizes. On Monday, the 11th annual parade in Hot Springs continued its tradition of being the shortest in the world.

Despite its diminutive size, the World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade continues to draw huge crowds into Hot Springs. And there was plenty to take in: former Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, the self-described "World's Largest Leprechaun", Irish Elvis impersonators, green beer, and dancing on historic Bridge Street.

Celebrities also made their mark on this year's event: actor Jim Belushi was the parade's grand marshal, and Mountain Man from A&E's "Duck Dynasty" was the official parade starter.

KARK Chief Meteorologist Keith Monahan also got in on the fun, dying his hair green before the 6pm newscast. Check out the video to see the results.
