PARON, AR -- On Wednesday morning, Trent Willis was shocked while repairing tornado-damaged lines off of Highway 10, according to the Sheriff's office.

Willis was in a bucket line truck moving a line that was thought to be dead, but it had an "injuction" in it and was grounded when Willis touched it, according to reports.
