LITTLE ROCK, AR - Watching wildlife is a fun hobby for some Arkansans.

The forests of the Natural State are filled with all kinds of feathered, furry and crawling creatures.

Squirrels are always fun to watch. The most common in Arkansas, are the fox squirrel and the grey squirrel.

Arkansas Game & Fish Commission Watchable Wildlife Coordinator Kirsten Bartlow tells us more about them.

Wildlife lovers will also want to check out a limited offer that comes with a subscription to Arkansas Wildlife magazine or a conservation license plate gift certificate. It's an exclusive collector’s-edition Christmas ornament. Conservation license plate gift certificates cost $35, and allow the user to display the plate of their choice (squirrels are one option) and tell the world where their passions lie.
