Walk for the Waiting

All funds raised go to support work to find the right home for every waiting foster child in Arkansas.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Walk for the Waiting is taking place Saturday morning at War Memorial Stadium. The fun begins at 9.

All funds raised go to support the work of The CALL, Immerse Arkansas and Project Zero as they work to find the right home for every waiting child in Arkansas.

Did you know there are over 4,000 kids in Arkansas' foster care system on any given day? There are about 1,200 of these kids waiting for a foster family, including 500 that are waiting to find an adoptive family.

Because of the shortage of families, nearly 250 kids will "age out" of the system this year and enter into adulthood without having found a family.

The CALL, Immerse Arkansas and Project Zero are joining forces to support waiting children and the families that care for them.

Show your support for these kids and families by registering and becoming a sponsored walker today.
