State Capitol Honors African Americans Who Have Served in AR Legislature

Details on an exhibit that tells their stories.

LITTLE ROCK, AR - The state of Arkansas is honoring African American Legislators in an exhibit at the state capitol.

Arkansas African American Legislators, 1868-1893, is a traveling exhibit produced by the Arkansas History Commission and Black History Commission of Arkansas.

It will be displayed at the Arkansas State Capitol throughout the month.

The exhibit is located in the Capitols first floor Rotunda area.
