9 cups corn, rice, wheat or chocolate chex cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
� cup peanut butter
� cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 � cups powdered sugar
 
 
In a large bowl place cereal and set aside.  Next in a microwavable bowl,
Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter on high for one minute.
Stir.  Microwave about 30 more seconds until mixture can be stirred smooth.
Stir in vanilla.  Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.  Pour into 2 gallon resealable plastic bag.  Add powdered sugar.  Seal bag and shake until well coated.
