Pulaski County Jail Will Close to Non-Violent Offenders

The inmate total for Monday includes over 420 inmates with state related holds.
LITTLE ROCK, AR (News release) - In a statement released by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility (PCRDF) will close to most non-violent offenders at noon on August 26.

Local law enforcement agencies have been made aware of this notification.

The inmate population has gradually risen since the PCRDF re-opened on July 24.

However, the last week has seen a marked increase.

The inmate total for today (Monday) includes over 420 inmates with state related holds.
