Potato Gnocchi

<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: small"></SPAN>&nbsp;</P>
1 package of gnocchi cooked and chilled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
1 shallot sliced
1 cup heavy cream
� cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
 
 
In a hot saut� pan place olive oil.  Add the garlic and shallots.  Saut� until halfway done.  Add the gnocchi.  Finish with the heavy cream.  Reduce in half or until sauce is thick.  Add the parmesan cheese and parsley.  Toss and place in dish.  Serve right away.
