Oak Grove Fire Chief Remains Hospitalized after Feb. 2 Accident

Chief Randy Pogue was injured while responding to an accident when his department pickup truck slid on a patch of ice.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Oak Grove's fire chief remains hospitalized in critical condition after a Feb. 2 accident.

Chief Randy Pogue was injured while responding to an accident when his department pickup truck slid on a patch of ice.

Today, the Pulaski County Office of Emergency Management sent an email that provided further details on Pogue's condition, stating that he is "on a ventilator in a medically induced coma. He is on kidney dialysis at this time and his condition is listed as 'very critical'."

The email also provided details on the Randy Pogue Benevolent Fund which has been established at 1st Arkansas Bank & Trust to help Pogue's family.
