MLK Marade in Little Rock

Hundreds gather to honor the Civil Rights icon.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Around the nation and here in Arkansas, communities and elected leaders are joining together to remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Every year, organizers in the capital city reflect back on the life of the civil rights leader with a variety of ceremonies.

One of those ceremonies is the NAACP MLK Marade, a combination march and parade.

The marage began at 33rd and Chester around 10 this morning.

Along with people simply walking the route to the State Capitol, there were also floats.
