Mark Chepses, Hellen Rotich Win Little Rock Marathon

Both natives of Kenya who now live in the U.S., they crossed the finish line first in the men's, women's divisions.
Mark Chepses and Hellen Rotich are the winners of the 2013 Little Rock Marathon.

Chepses won the men's division for the third time in a row.

The native of Kenya who now lives in the U.S., finished at 2:19:46, a little earlier than his 2012 LR Marathon winning time of 2:29:42. His 2011 LR Marathon winning time was 2:24:07. 

Rotich is the winner of the marathon's women's division.  She finished with a time of 2:47:12.

Also a native of Kenya, Rotich attended Harding University in Searcy on a track scholarship.

KARK Meteorologist Greg Dee finished the Little Rock Marathon with a new personal best time.
