Man Shot at Little Rock Truck Stop

Wednesday afternoon incident happened along Interstate 30 near Otter Creek.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - A man has been injured in a shooting at a truck stop on the city's southwest side.

It happened just after 3 Wednesday afternoon at 11700 Interstate 30 (Love's Truck Stop).

Police say the victim, 22, of Little Rock was shot in the back side after he argued with someone in another car. That car had pulled up next to the one he was riding in at adjoining gas pumps.

The victim was driven away from the scene and pulled over at the Bass Pro Shop. That's where an ambulance picked him up and took him to the hospital. There's no word on his condition.

Police are looking for the man who was driving the car (a gold Pontiac Grand Prix) from which the shots were fired, and a passenger who was with him. Police describe both as black males, 16 to 19 years old.
