LRSD Teachers Accuse Principal of Bullying, Intimidation

Teachers at McClellan High School told the LRSD board they have no confidence in principal Henry Anderson.
LITTLE ROCK -- Teachers at a Little Rock high school say they have no confidence in their principal.

McClellan High School teachers made their frustration known before the Little Rock School Board Thursday night. They say principal Henry Anderson uses bullying tactics against teachers and staff.

They also expressed to the board that teachers have been intimidated in faculty meetings. They say that has led to high absences among teachers who are looking for a break.

"We have good teachers who are in the process of retiring early, moving out of teaching altogether, and looking for an escape to other schools.  Please help us," teacher Nancy Settle told the board during the meeting.

KARK tried to reach Mr. Anderson for comment but did not get a response.
