Lemon Caper Dill Butter 2

Capers � 1 oz per portion
� lb Butter
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove
1/8 teaspoon Dill
Heat butter until melted in sauce pan; over medium heat, add sliced garlic clove for 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and capers. Then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes at medium heat.    
Drape over Tilapia - garnish with fluted lemons and parsley.
Serve with Basmati Rice.
