LITTLE ROCK, AR (News release) - Bridge repairs will require a lane closure on Interstate 40 in Prairie County, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
Crews will make repairs under the Hazen Interchange overpass. The work will require closing the eastbound inside lane on Interstate 40 between mile markers 195 and 197.
The lane closure will be Wednesday, June 4, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
