Hoxie Police Make Drug Arrest

Mickle Warnick, 37, of Hoxie was arrested on April 10 for possession of meth along with other drugs.
LAWRENCE COUNTY, AR - A Lawrence County man has been arrested on several drug charges after officers searched his home on April 10.

Mickle Warnick, 37, of Hoxie was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (Rx drugs) and possession of drug items.

Officers were alerted to drug activity at Warnick’s home.

Police say a check of Warnick showed him to be under conditions of SIS and on parole.

According to police, while they searched the home they discovered meth ice, Rx drugs, and items used to smoke and snort meth.

Police placed Warnick under arrest and his bond was set at $7,500.

The Parole office was contacted and a parole hold was also placed on Warnick.

Warnick is set to appear in court on May 14.
