Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
2 kiwis peeled and diced
2 golden apples peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
10 flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray
2 cups cinnamon and sugar mixed
In large bowl mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, brown
sugar and honey.  Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes.
For Chips
Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray.
Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon and sugar.  Spray again and bake.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.  Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
