Cheese, Basil, and Shrimp Grits

<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman; FONT-SIZE: small"></SPAN>&nbsp;</P>

4 cups prepared grits made according to package
2 tablespoons chopped basil
� cup shredded cheddar cheese
� pound raw shell off shrimp
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
� tablespoon chopped garlic
In a saut� pan melt butter on high heat.  Next add the shrimp, Cajun seasoning and chopped garlic.  Cook till almost done and then add basil and grits.  Mix together and pour into bowls.  Top with shredded cheese.
