Caramel Corn Bars

4 cups popped light butter flavor popcorn
4 cups chocolate chex cereal
1 cup pretzel sticks
� cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
� cup semisweet chocolate chips
Butter bottom and sides of pan. 
In large bowl mix popcorn, cereal, and pretzels, set aside.  In a 2 quart microwavable bowl put brown sugar, corn syrup and butter uncovered on high for about 2 minutes or until boiling. Mix and pour over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Press firmly in pan. In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered for about 30 seconds or until melted.  Drizzle over bars.
Cool completely and serve.
