BENTONVILLE, AR (KNWA) - A bomb threat has canceled classes at Bentonville High School.

School administrators say students were released after the threat was found written on a wall.

According to the district, the threat was written in a boys restroom and stated that a bomb was in the school somewhere.

Police and the Bentonville Bomb Squad were called in to investigate.

Students were evacuated to the gym and sent home at 12:15, with buses picking them up the Tiger Athletic Complex.
