2 cups diced onions, caramelized
1/2 cup balsamic glaze
1/2 cup blackberry preserves
2 cups roasted read and yellow bell pepper diced
1 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
16 sandwich rolls
1 cup mayonnaise
16 romaine lettuce leaves
16 tomato slices
16 red onion slices
16-4 ounce angus beef patties
32 bacon strips
For relish, combine caramelized onions, balsamic glaze and blackberry preserves in saut� pan, simmer 5 minutes
Or until reduced. Remove from heat.
Add roasted peppers, chopped red onions, and parsley, toss and blend
Per serving, place one roll on flat work surface. Spread 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise on each side of roll. Top lower half of roll with
Lettuce leaf, tomato slice, red onion slice, beef patty, 2 strips bacon and 1/4 cup reserved relish. Close sandwich with top half of roll.
Serve right away
