8 cups shredded coleslaw
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sour cream
3 oz pineapple juice
1 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
4 dashes Hot pepper sauce
NOTE: This recipe serves a crowd, divide ingredients by 8 to make enough for just your family.
In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients except for the shredded
coleslaw. Mix well until blended.
Next add the shredded slaw and mix until nicely coated. Serve on top
of your BBQ sandwiches or on the side.
