Awesome Fried Rice

3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 red pepper diced
1 zucchini diced
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 cups cooked long grain rice
16-18 large uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce and the sesame oil a small bowl.  heat skillet over high heat and add 1 tablespoon oil.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.  Add the red pepper and zucchini and 2 tablespoons oil.  Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the peas and garlic.  Fry for another minute.  Add the rice and cook for 1 minute.  Add the sauce mixture and cook for two minutes.
Serve when done.
