Better Business Than Expected for New River Market Arcade

Cache, a fine dining restaurant, and other retail shops are up and running in the new building.
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Parts of the new arcade in the River Market are now open to the public.

Cache, a fine dining restaurant, and other retail shops are up and running in the new building.

However, the arcade still working to attract other businesses to fill its vacant units.

Business owners say it's been a great turnout so far.

"We really didn't expect to do as much business as we have until Spring, until it warmed up outside," said Erika Robbins with The Freckled Frog. "But yeah it's been fantastic and folks have been excited about it."

The Ron Robinson Theater is expected to open its doors shortly.

In celebration of the new theater, there will be a full week of film events all free of charge beginning next Friday.
