Anonymous Donor Helps Wounded K-9 Officer with Vet Bills

On Nov. 1, a Woodruff County drug-sniffing dog, Scar, was shot multiple times near his handler's home.
CONWAY, AR -- A Central Arkansas Sheriff's Office is getting help after its K-9 officer was shot.

On Nov. 1, Woodruff County drug-sniffing dog, Scar, was shot multiple times near his handler's home.

Now an anonymous donor from Conway has sent a check for $850 to help with vet bills.

The sheriff's office says Scar is recovering from his injuries.

So far, no arrests have been made.
