All People are Eventually at Risk for Having Cataracts

By the age of 75, 70 percent of the people will have cataracts
LITTLE ROCK, AR  --  Cataracts affect thousands of Arkansans every year. Cataract is a clouding of the eye's lens. For many people, they find out they have cataracts when their vision becomes flurry, cloudy or dim.

Also things might not be as bright or colorful as they used to be.
Many people say that their vision with cataracts is similar to the effect of looking through a dirty car windshield.

Cataracts are a part of the aging process, so everyone at risk. By the age of 75, 70 percent of the people will have cataracts.
