4 Arrested after 'Operation Ozark Frost'

HEBER SPRINGS, AR -- Law enforcement agencies in Cleburne County arrested four people in "Operation Ozark Frost."

According to the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), deputies worked with special agents and Heber Springs Police in an undercover operation that resulted in the arrest of 28-year-old Kyle Derrickson, 22-year-old Heather Pitts, 33-year-old  Robert Brock and 33-year-old Joshua Brock, all of Heber Springs.

Officers executed search warrants at homes in the 800 block of South Sixth Street and the 600 block of West Sixth Street in Heber Springs, where they seized firearms, suspected marijuana and cash in each residence.

The first warrant led to the arrests of Derrickson and Pitts, who are each charged with delivery of controlled substances, manufacturing marijuana, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug premise within 1,000 feet of a church, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

Robert and Joshua Brock were charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug premise within 1,000 feet of a church and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
