Tequila Marinade for Beef

1/4 cup tequila
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
optional grated lime peel
 2 pounds  trimmed beef loin of some sort
Chop cilantro.  Add remaining ingredients and whisk together in medium
Pierce meat for added tenderness.  Place meat in food grade container and
add marinade.
Make sure entire surface of the meat is covered.  Refrigerate meat in
marinade overnight.
