Easy tzatziki cucumber sauce

7 oz greek yogurt (non fat or low fat)
1/2 small cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Chop or grate cucumber and place in a strainer to drain well.

Combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and olive oil.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled to allow flavors to blend.
