Blueberry Reduction

1 pint of fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sloe gin
1 shallot minced
1 cup demi glace
1/2 tblsp. butter  
method ;
soak bluberries in sloe gin for at least 1 hour

in sauce pan sweat shallots in butter for 2 min.
add blueberries & port wine  & let simmer for 5 min
add demi glace & simmer for additional 5 min.
pull from heat & set side.
warm slowly when ready to sauce pork chop.
