JONESBORO, AR -- A woman accused of plotting to have her husband killed is no longer facing murder charges.
Michelle Despain entered a negotiated plea.
She pleaded guilty to three counts of hindering apprehension of capital murder.
This drops her original capital murder charge in the death of her husband Marc Despain.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Despain and her father Carl Kelley -- who pleaded guilty to first degree murder -- sent several text messages to one another on the day of the murder.
However, police say they deleted most of the texts.
Despain is facing up to 30 years in prison.
Her sentencing date is September 17th.
