Web Extra: A-State's Hidden Player Trick Play in GoDaddy Bowl

LITTLE ROCK, AR - The victory is still fresh for the A-State Red Wolves in Sunday night's GoDaddy Bowl.

A trick play in the 2nd quarter helped put the team in field goal range to then tie things up against Ball State in Mobile, Alabama.

Video (below) of the play A-State pulled off is going viral on YouTube.

It shows Red Wolves Senior Wide Receiver R. J. Fleming (#4) hiding behind his offensive lineman before taking the handoff and running downfield to give the team a first down.

Fleming rushed for 27 yards to the Ball State 24. A few plays later the Red Wolves scored a field goal that tied the game at 10-10.

Ball State later took a 20-16 lead but A-State wasn't done yet. An Allen Muse touchdown catch with 32 seconds left in the fourth quarter and a Ryan Carrethers field goal block as time expired propelled the Red Wolves to a 23-20 comeback victory.
