A crowd gathered at First United Methodist Church in Conway as people learned how to give follow up needs assessment, disaster case management and emotional care, in the months after a disaster like the deadly tornadoes that hit back in April.
"While you receive help from FEMA and other federal agencies and national agencies, ultimately the community's recovery belongs to the community," says Barry Shade.
The event was put together by Church World Service.
