LITTLE ROCK, AR – Little Rock police have arrested a man suspected of shooting a 10-year-old girl during a Monday drive-by shooting.
Ray Allen McGuire, 18, was arrested Thursday night. He faces two counts of Battery and six counts of Terroristic Act.
McGuire plead not guilty Friday morning and got a $500,000 bond.
If McGuire bonds out he he is required to wear an ankle monitor.
The incident happened Monday night near 21st and Pine Street in Little Rock. Tiffany Rawls and her brother were locked out of the house when she walked across the street to a neighbor's house to call her mom who left to go pick up her husband from work.
Witnesses say once the Rawls walked back outside, someone started shooting.
She has been treated and released from the hospital.
