Public Input Invited on Widening I-30 & I-40 in Pulaski County

LITTLE ROCK, AR (News release) - The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold Public Involvement Meetings this week in Pulaski County to discuss plans to widen Interstates 30 and 40.   

The construction work will widen and reconstruct Interstates 30 and 40 between Interstate 530 in Little Rock and U.S. Highway 67 in North Little Rock. It includes a new bridge over the Arkansas River. 

The meetings will be held at the following locations:
  • Tuesday, Aug. 12, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, (Bank of the Ozarks Conference Center), 100 Main St., North Little Rock, AR
  • Thursday, Aug. 14, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential, (Cash/Campbell Ballroom), 707 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR
The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
