Pet Cat Tests Positive for Rabies in Cherokee Village

JONESBORO, AR - City officials are taking action after a pet cat tests positive for rabies in Cherokee Village.

A low cost rabies vaccination clinic is being held on Saturday (Feb. 1) at the Animal Control Facility in Jonesboro from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. 

The cost is $10.00 and is open to everyone. 

There is no restriction on this clinic (cat or dog). 

It is open to residents of Jonesboro, Craighead County and any other county. No appointment is necessary.
