LITTLE ROCK, AR - A development group is revealing the plans for the renovation of a 105-year-old building on Main Street.

The 12-story Boyle Building will be developed as an aloft hotel.

The former state bank building will soon house an upscale restaurant, meeting space, and rooftop pool.

Jacob Chi of the Chi Hotel Group says his family's goal is to make Main Street Little Rock one of the best main streets in the country.

"So my brother and I along with the rest of our family believe that one of the only ways this creative corridor is going to succeed is if we can get people living and working down on main street again," says Chi.

Chi went on to say he hopes more companies invest in the downtown success story.
